Servus and Grüezi from Austria. JobCloud HR Tech was founded in 2006 as JoinVision in Vienna and has been a subsidiary of JobCloud, the leading company in the digital job market in Switzerland, since 2016.
We stand for AI-powered recruiting technology and have become the leading provider of multilingual semantic parsing and extraction software in the HR sector over the years. With the two parsers CVlizer and JOBolizer, application documents and job advertisements are automatically recorded, analyzed and keyworded. Modules such as HRclassifier, HRcapture and HRmerger expand the possibilities to have all information immediately available as a standardized, structured candidate or job profile in XML format.
In October 2019, we entered into a partnership with Joveo, the leading American technology provider for the programmatic distribution of job advertisements. We have taken over the marketing in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
At the end of 2022, the company will take another important step and JoinVision will become JobCloud HR Tech!
We want to develop faster. Together as #one-team we want to provide intelligent solutions for the HR sector, whether developed by ourselves or via partnerships with other innovative solution providers. Our joint strength with JobCloud will enable us to drive further developments and innovation in this area.
The JoinVision brand will remain the same and the names of the products will not change. CVlizer, JOBolizer and Joveo will be further developed and continued as usual.

What I like about the working culture at JobCloud HR Tech is that every opinion and point of view – whether you’re an apprentice just starting out or a senior with years of experience – is important, listened to and taken into account in decisions.
I particularly enjoy working in the JobCloud HR Tech team because we work with so many different technologies. We build Java Micro Services, run machine learning models in Python, manage our cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code, we maintain our CI/CD pipeline and on the side we work on ideas that can simplify the working life of HR teams.
In my role as Commercial Manager, I deal with the question of how we can continuously improve the entire process, from customer acquisition to customer service. The relaxed yet professional way of working within the team is fun and I think it’s great that we manage the interaction between market requirements and internal processes so well.
