Information on Data Protection pursuant to Art. 13 and Art. 14 GDPR

1. 1. Preamble

We, JobCloud HR TEch GmbH (hereafter „JobCloud HR Tech“) collect, process and use your personal data according to the statements below in compliance with the data protection rights and civil law. Only personal data, which are required to perform and deliver our services or which you provided voluntarily will be collected.

2. Party Responsible for Data Processing

JobCloud HR Tech GmbH, registration number FN271009v, with is registered office in 1050 Vienna, Wehrgasse 28 is responsible for the processing of data. JobCloud HR Tech appointed a data protection supervisor. This person can be reached under the address 1050 Vienna, Wehrgasse 28 or via e-mail: datasecurity@jobcloud-hrtech.com.

3. Data Security

We take data protection very seriously and treat your personal data as confidential information and in accordance with the legal regulations. Personal data are kept confidential by appropriate organisational and technical precautions. These precautions concern in particular the protection against unauthorized, illegal and accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation. Note that online data transfer can generally exhibit security gaps. A full protection against access by others is not feasible. Despite the efforts to comply with the always appropriately high level of accuracy criteria, it cannot be ruled out that information, which was disclosed by you online, will be seen or used by others.

4. Website Visits

Description

All visitors of our website are processed via server logfiles data. The collected data are solely used for statistical evaluations and to improve the website. We reserve the right to check the data in retrospect if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.

On the website you have to possibility to contact us either via the contact form or via the form to schedule a web demo. In both cases the interested party’s contact details are needed.

6. Using the CVlizer Demo

Description

You can use our product “CVlizer®” free of charge for your own purposes (https://www.jobcloud-hrtech.com/test-now/). The personal data submitted by you will be stored only for the processing duration. An anonymous data set will be stored for statistical purposes. In case critical processing errors, the submitted data will viewed for the purpose to improve the service.

Purpose

With the CVlizer demo we offer users and interested parties the possibility to test our software regarding functionality and accuracy without any further obligations.

Legal basis for the processing via the CVlizer is the consent according to Art. 6 lit a, the legal basis for compiling statistics is the legitimate interest according to Art. 6 lit f GDPR.

7. Transfer of Extraction Results

Description

After using the CVlizer demo the extracted data are transferred in a machine-readable format. This service is primarily directed to interested parties that wish to use the CVlizer in a commercial manner. For transferring the data the interested party’s contact details are needed.

8. User’s Rights

You can contact us at any time to claim your legal rights according to the GDPR, especially the right to information concerning your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing (Art. 15) as well as the right to correction (Art. 16), right to deletion of incorrect or unlawfully processed data (Art. 17), right to object (Art. 21), right to revoke consent (Art. 21), right to restrict processing and to block (Art. 18) and right to data portability (Art. 20). In so far as your personal data changes, we ask for appropriate notification. These requests for information, deletion, correction, contradiction and/or data transfer in the latter case as long as this does not cause a disproportionate effort are to be addressed to the data protection supervisor via datasecurity@jobcloud-hrtech.com or to the mentioned address. Please attach an explicit and plausible proof of identity, so we can send our answer compliant with data protection laws to the actual person concerned. We will react to the request within one month and will justify a rejection if necessary. In case of a justified request for deletion or correction the recipients of personal data will also be informed to perform automatically. In case of data breach we will inform you and the responsible supervisory authority if legally necessary, indicating the affected data category.

9. Right of Complaint to the Supervisory Authority

If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data violates the applicable data protection law or your granted rights in accordance with the data protection law are infringed in any other way, you have to possibility to file a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority. 10. Transfer to Third Parties / Recipients in Third Countries

To fulfil our business purpose, we will possibly transfer your data to third parties (employers, authorities / courts, tax advisory firms, banks, IT service providers, chambers of commerce, providers, website hosting companies, social media, insurance companies, which we use and which we supply with data). A lawful transfer of your data is only conducted on the basis of GDPR regulations. Your personal data will normally not be transferred to recipients in third countries. However, some of the above-mentioned recipients of your personal data are located or process your personal data outside your home country. The standards of data protection in other countries might not correspond with Austrian standards. Nonetheless, we transfer your personal data only to countries, which have appropriate standards of data protection in place according to the EU commission or we take measures to ensure that all recipients have appropriate standards of data protection in place, wherefore we close standard contractual clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC) or have sufficiently suitable contractual guarantees.

11. Cookies

To improve our website’s technical function, analysis of user behaviour (remarketing), this website uses “cookies”. Using cookies increases the website’s usability and safety. Cookies are little textual data, which the website saves on the visitor’s device and which record information about the user and the website. Cookies can serve different purposes. This website is uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA („Google“). Google Analytics uses so called cookies, text data, which will be stored on your computer to allow analysis of your website use. We process your data based on our predominant, justified interest to create an easy-to-use website access statistic in a cost-efficient way (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR). The information generated by cookies regarding your using the website (including your IP address and the accessed websites’ URLs) are transferred to and stored at Google’s servers in the USA.
